Dermazone Trading L.L.C. is one of the leading cosmeceutical companies operating across Saudi Arabia, with a team of over 70 professionals and more than two decades of industry presence. When the company decided to establish a new head office in Riyadh, the goal was clear: create a corporate environment that reflects the brand’s professionalism, supports daily operations, and provides a workplace that motivates and retains top talent.
ArchSkills was entrusted with the full turnkey delivery of this 400 m² office from initial design coordination through construction, MEP installations, and final handover. The project required precise planning, careful material selection, and a commitment to delivering a space that balances functionality with a refined corporate aesthetic.
The Challenge
Transforming a raw commercial space into a fully operational head office within a defined timeline presented several challenges. The client required a workspace that could accommodate multiple departments, management offices, and collaborative areas all within 400 m² without compromising comfort or flow.
The design needed to communicate Dermazone’s brand values: precision, cleanliness, and professionalism. At the same time, MEP works had to be integrated seamlessly without disrupting the visual language of the space. Coordinating construction, electrical, and finishing trades simultaneously required tight scheduling and clear communication across all teams.
Our Approach
ArchSkills approached the Dermazone head office as a complete turnkey project, taking full responsibility from construction through final delivery. The design language centered on a neutral palette whites, light greys, and warm wood tones to create a clean and professional atmosphere consistent with the client’s brand identity.
Full-height glazing was introduced between offices and corridors to allow natural light to penetrate deeper into the space while maintaining acoustic privacy. Glass partitions were used throughout to create visual openness without sacrificing the defined departmental structure the client required.
Indoor greenery was incorporated at key points to soften the corporate atmosphere and support employee well-being. Every material and finish was selected for both aesthetics and durability, ensuring the space maintains its quality over the long term. MEP works including electrical, lighting, and air conditioning — were fully coordinated and installed as part of the turnkey scope, delivering a move-in-ready environment.
