Timeline depends on the scope and size. As a general guide:

• Small retail or café (under 100 sqm): 2–3 weeks
• Medium office or showroom (100–300 sqm): 4–6 weeks
• Large corporate office (300 sqm+): 6–12 weeks

We provide a detailed project schedule at the proposal stage and commit to agreed deadlines.

Yes. ArchSkills provides a construction warranty of 1 to 2 years depending on the contract terms agreed with the client.

This covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal use conditions.

Currently, ArchSkills focuses on fit-out execution. We work from client supplied drawings or shop drawings provided by the design consultant. Our team can coordinate directly with your designer or architect to ensure smooth execution.
