MOI Conference Room Fit-out was carefully designed by Arch Skills to create a modern, elegant, and highly functional meeting environment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. By combining premium finishes, ergonomic furniture, and advanced lighting solutions, this project reflects both sophistication and operational efficiency.

Design & Materials

The interior features neutral tones, polished wood details, and ambient LED lighting to set a professional atmosphere. Acoustic ceiling panels were installed to ensure clarity of communication, following international best practices such as Knauf Acoustic Solutions.

Lighting & Technology

Lighting is central to the design. Adjustable recessed fixtures provide both focused and ambient light, in line with the IES Lighting Handbook. Integrated AV systems—concealed within the architecture—offer seamless multimedia presentations without disrupting the clean, modern layout.

Furniture & Layout

Ergonomic chairs and modular conference tables ensure comfort and flexibility. Inspired by Herman Miller’s ergonomic standards, the furniture supports both posture and productivity. A built-in credenza offers discreet storage, maintaining a clutter-free and professional environment.
