ArchSkills designed and delivered this conference room fit-out for
the Ministry of Interior in Riyadh, creating a space that balances
formal elegance with the practical demands of a high-level government
meeting environment. The brief was clear: a room that feels authoritative,
works flawlessly, and requires no compromise between form and function.

Design & Materials

Neutral tones, polished wood details, and carefully layered LED lighting
establish a composed, professional atmosphere throughout the space.
Acoustic ceiling panels were selected to ensure clear communication
across the room, meeting the same standards applied in internationally
recognized projects using Knauf Acoustic Solutions.

Lighting & Technology

Lighting was treated as an integral part of the design rather than an
afterthought. Adjustable recessed fixtures handle both focused task
lighting and broader ambient illumination. AV systems are fully
integrated and concealed within the architecture, keeping the room
visually clean while supporting seamless multimedia presentations.

Furniture & Layout

The furniture selection prioritizes both comfort and discipline.
Ergonomic chairs and modular conference tables allow flexibility in
seating arrangements, drawing on the ergonomic principles applied
by leading manufacturers like Herman Miller. A built-in credenza
provides discreet storage, keeping the environment organized and
free of visual clutter.
