ArchSkills completed a 120 m² fashion retail fit-out for Deer & Dear at Riyadh Park Mall. The design focuses on creating an elegant shopping environment with premium finishes, refined display zones and carefully planned lighting throughout.

Project Overview

ArchSkills completed a full fit-out for Deer & Dear at Riyadh Park Mall, covering a 120 m² fashion retail space. The scope included lighting, wood elements, flooring, MEP works, and furniture, delivering a complete branded environment from design to execution.

Design Concept

The design draws on soft tones and refined materials to reflect the brand identity of Deer & Dear. Clean lines, warm lighting, and curated display fixtures create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages browsing and highlights the collections effectively.

Materials and Finishes

Premium wood cladding lines the walls and display units, paired with polished flooring that adds depth and continuity across the space. Every finish was selected to balance aesthetics with durability in a high-traffic retail environment.

Lighting and MEP Works

Recessed and accent lighting was designed to highlight product displays while maintaining a warm and inviting ambiance. MEP works were fully integrated and coordinated with the architectural elements to ensure a clean, seamless result.

Furniture and Display

Custom-fit display furniture and shelving units were installed to maximize the use of space while keeping the layout open and easy to navigate. The arrangement guides customers naturally through the store.
