Project Overview
ArchSkills delivered a full fit-out for Dermazone near Princess Nourah University in Riyadh. The space combines a cosmetics clinic and a retail showroom, with complete MEP works, furniture installation and premium finishes across both zones.
Design Concept
The design creates a seamless flow between the clinical and retail areas. Clean lines and soft tones establish a professional yet inviting atmosphere, reflecting the nature of a premium cosmetics brand.
Materials and Finishes
High quality materials were specified throughout, with finishes selected to suit both the clinical hygiene requirements and the retail display aesthetic. Flooring, wall cladding and ceilings were coordinated across the full space.
MEP Works
Full mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems were installed and integrated with the interior layout. All works were executed to meet mall standards and clinical environment requirements.
Furniture and Display
Custom furniture was installed across the reception, treatment rooms and showroom display areas. Display fixtures were designed to highlight the cosmetics product range while maintaining a clean and structured layout.
