Hikma Offices Employee Lounge & Dining Fit-Out
ArchSkills designed and delivered a 130 m² employee amenity fit-out for Hikma Offices in Riyadh in 2026. The project covers three zones: a circular lounge, a staff dining area and a prayer room, all finished to a consistent and high standard.
Lounge Design & Concept
The centrepiece of the project is a circular lounge zone designed to give employees a comfortable space to unwind during the workday. A suspended circular LED ceiling element defines the area, paired with curved seating in neutral tones, an indoor tree and warm ambient lighting. The result is a space that feels distinct from the office floor while keeping the building’s clean, minimal character.
Dining Area & Prayer Room
Adjacent to the lounge, the dining area provides staff with a dedicated space for breaks and meals, designed for comfort and ease of use. The prayer room was planned with care, finished with appropriate materials and a calm atmosphere suited to its purpose.
Finishing & Materials
Finishes across all three zones were selected for durability and visual consistency. Light-toned flooring, white walls, warm wood accents and considered lighting choices tie the spaces together into one cohesive fit-out.
