Project Overview

Hikma Pharmaceuticals is one of the leading pharmaceutical companies operating across the Middle East, North Africa, and beyond. Their regional headquarters in Riyadh required a workspace that reflects the company’s professional standing, functional, refined, and built to support a high-performing team.

ArchSkills was engaged for the full scope: interior design concept through to fit-out execution. The 350 m² space encompasses executive offices, open workstations, meeting rooms, reception, and support areas, all delivered as a single integrated project in 2025.

Design Concept

The design brief called for a corporate environment that balances authority with openness.

The layout prioritises natural light distribution across the workstation zones, with enclosed offices and meeting rooms positioned along the perimeter walls.

A restrained material palette  neutral tones, warm timber accents, and dark metal detailing  reinforces the professional character of the brand without overpowering the working environment. Reception sets the tone immediately: a clean, confident arrival experience aligned with Hikma’s regional presence.

  • Flooring: Italian Carrara marble in the reception and corridors;
    carpet in private offices for comfort and acoustics
