MINISO Al Rashed Mall Abha Retail Fit-Out

MINISO's branch at Al Rashed Mall serves Abha and the wider Aseer region, a market that swells with domestic tourism through the summer season.

ArchSkills completed the full turnkey fit-out of this 149 m² store in 2026, delivering a brand-compliant retail environment built to MINISO's global standards. The scope covered civil works, MEP, joinery, flooring, ceilings, lighting, signage and final handover.

This project is part of a broader partnership with MINISO across 16 branches in Saudi Arabia, including Riyadh, Jeddah, Mecca, Taif, Khobar, Dammam, Al Ahsa and Tabuk.

Storefront

The shopfront was executed as a frameless glazed facade framed by a continuous LED light line, with the illuminated MINISO logo box in English and Arabic above the entrance portal. A nine-panel LED video wall was integrated into the facade for brand campaigns, with dedicated power and data routed during first fix. Two glazed display windows flank the entrance, each with backlit graphic headers and track-lit product plinths.

Interior

Perimeter wall systems and free-standing gondolas follow MINISO's modular display specification, custom-cut and fitted on site. Backlit lightbox headers run above the wall units to carry the brand's licensed character graphics. A suspended track lighting grid delivers even, shadow-free illumination across every product zone, with accent heads at focal displays.

This project was delivered under our retail and showroom fit-out services, covering brand stores and mall units across Saudi Arabia.

Working Inside an Operating Mall

Fit-out inside a live mall runs to the landlord's rules, not the contractor's convenience. Delivery windows, noise-restricted hours, hoarding and fire and safety sign-off were coordinated with Al Rashed Mall management throughout, so the unit handed over ready to trade with no open items.
