Archskills delivered the complete fit-out of Miniso's flagship retail store at Panorama Mall, Riyadh. The scope covered full interior works including custom joinery, branded wall panelling, integrated LED ceiling displays, track lighting, and a feature LED screen. The finished space captures Miniso's playful brand identity while delivering a high-traffic retail environment built for performance and visual impact.

Project Overview
Archskills delivered the complete retail fit-out of Miniso’s store at Panorama Mall, Riyadh. The full project scope covered interior works from shell and core through to handover, including all MEP coordination, joinery fabrication, and brand-aligned finishing works.
Design Concept
The design follows Miniso’s global brand identity, clean layouts, warm wood tones, and silver metalwork combined with bold branded ceiling displays. The space balances visual energy with practical retail flow, guiding customers naturally through the product zones.
Materials and Finishes
The interior features custom-fabricated grey metalwork panels, warm oak veneer shelving units, and a branded facade with textured white panelling. All finishes were selected to align with Miniso’s international brand guidelines while meeting Saudi building standards.
Lighting and MEP Works
Two large circular LED ceiling displays serve as the signature feature of the space, paired with a perimeter track lighting system providing focused product illumination. Full MEP coordination was managed by ArchSkills throughout the build.
Furniture and Display
All display units, central fixtures, and wall shelving systems were custom fabricated and installed by ArchSkills. The layout was designed to handle high foot traffic while maintaining clear product visibility from the store entrance.
