ArchSkills delivered the full fit-out for Uncle Osaka at Nakheel Mall, Riyadh, a Japanese dining concept that demanded equal attention to brand authenticity and guest comfort. The result is a space that feels distinctly Japanese while meeting the practical demands of a high-volume restaurant environment.
Design and Materials
The design draws on warm natural wood finishes, soft layered lighting, and subtly textured wall panels to create an atmosphere that feels both refined and welcoming. Custom designed lighting fixtures define each dining zone, striking a careful balance between visual identity and everyday functionality.
Atmosphere and Functionality
Acoustic treatment in the ceiling ensures comfort even during peak hours, a detail that matters in any successful restaurant fit-out. The lighting system transitions smoothly between casual daytime dining and a more intimate evening ambiance. Seating is arranged to offer both open social areas and quieter corners, giving guests the choice of how they experience the space.
Brand Identity and Guest Experience
